IMPERIUM Staff Terms of Use
These terms apply to IMPERIUM Staff, a scheduling and team operations service provided through IMPER OPEN by MIGUEL ANGEL PRODUCTIONS, INC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use the service for a company, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that company. Company accounts. A Company Admin creates and manages a company workspace, its name and logo, team invitations, shifts, tasks and availability records. The administrator is responsible for obtaining permission to enter employee information, keeping it accurate, assigning appropriate access, and complying with employment, privacy and recordkeeping rules that apply to the company. Each company workspace is separate. Team members should use only the workspace to which their company has invited them.
Access and security. Keep your password or PIN confidential and use your own account. Notify us promptly at info@miguelangelproductions.com if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not attempt to access another company’s information, disrupt the service, upload unlawful content, or misuse notifications or invitations. We may restrict accounts used in ways that harm the service or other users.
Schedules and notifications. The service helps companies communicate shifts, tasks and availability. An entry in the app does not by itself create an employment contract, guarantee hours or pay, or replace the company’s own policies and legal obligations. Notifications depend on device settings, internet access and third-party delivery systems; users should confirm important schedule changes directly with their company when necessary.
Content and logos. A company keeps responsibility for the information and logo it uploads and grants us permission to host and display them as needed to provide its workspace. Do not upload content that you lack the right to use. We retain ownership of the IMPERIUM Staff software and brand.
Availability and changes. We work to keep the service reliable, but maintenance, network problems or third-party outages may interrupt access. We may update features and these terms. Material changes will be posted here. If you do not agree with updated terms, stop using the service and request account deletion.
Privacy and deletion. Our Privacy Policy explains how data is handled. You can initiate an account deletion request inside the app. We verify and process the request and may retain information when required by law. Company administrators are responsible for any copies of work records they keep outside IMPERIUM Staff.

El administrador de cada compañía es responsable de sus datos, turnos, invitaciones, permisos y obligaciones laborales. Cada usuario debe proteger su contraseña o PIN. La app facilita la coordinación, pero no sustituye contratos de empleo ni las políticas de la compañía. Las notificaciones pueden retrasarse por la conexión o la configuración del teléfono.
