IMPERIUM Staff Privacy Policy
IMPERIUM Staff is operated by MIGUEL ANGEL PRODUCTIONS, INC. through IMPER OPEN. This policy explains how the scheduling app and its connected service handle information for companies, administrators, team members and applicants. Contact: info@miguelangelproductions.com.
Information we process. A company administrator supplies a company name and logo, administrator contact details, and work schedules. Team accounts may include a name, work email, role, phone number, profile photo, availability, assigned shifts, tasks, task comments and responses. Applicants provide the information they submit to join a team. We store password and PIN hashes, authentication sessions, device tokens for push notifications, and limited security and service logs. Event locations are entered by a company administrator. The production map displays event locations and assigned team members. If a team member separately opts in to live sharing, the app also sends their current coordinates, GPS accuracy and observation time during an active assigned shift for the company administrator’s live map.
How we use it. We use this information to create company accounts, authenticate users, display schedules and tasks, manage availability and applications, send invitations and shift notifications, provide support, maintain security, and operate the service. A company administrator can see the work information for their own company. Team members see information available to their assigned role. Companies cannot view one another’s records.
Service providers. The service uses web hosting and email delivery providers to operate the platform, and Apple Push Notification service to deliver optional notifications to iPhones. These providers receive only the information needed for their service. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.
Storage and security. Information is transmitted over encrypted connections. Credentials are stored as hashes, and access is limited by account and company. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. We retain data while needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations. A company may retain its own copy of employment or scheduling records outside IMPERIUM Staff.
Your choices. Team members can update their profile and availability in the app. You can turn off notifications in iPhone Settings. You can initiate account deletion from Profile or Company settings inside the app; we verify and process the request and email you when complete. You may also request access, correction or deletion by writing to info@miguelangelproductions.com. If your company administers your account, we may coordinate a request with that company. We may retain records when legally required and will explain any such retention.
Children and changes. The service is intended for businesses and their work teams, not children. We may update this policy as the service changes and will post the current version here. For privacy questions, contact info@miguelangelproductions.com.

Optional location-assisted attendance. When a team member enables Automatic attendance and grants iOS location permission, the app checks precise location near assigned shift windows. With Always permission, checks may continue when the app is in the background or the phone is locked. To verify an arrival or departure, the service receives a small set of latitude/longitude readings, their accuracy and timestamps linked to the person and shift. This evidence supports attendance records and corrections and is not used for advertising. Attendance permission alone does not activate live location sharing. The company administrator can review work times, add missing records, and make corrections with a recorded reason; original times are preserved. GPS accuracy, connectivity, device settings or force-quitting the app can prevent or delay automatic records. The employer must review missing or disputed hours.
Saved permissions and notifications. The app respects the notification and location choices saved by iOS and does not repeatedly ask at each sign-in. You can disable Automatic attendance inside Time Clock or revoke location permission in iPhone Settings. iOS may show additional permission confirmations or privacy reminders. Allow Once is temporary. Disabling location stops new location checks but does not erase existing attendance records. Shift and task updates may be sent to affected members through email, the in-app inbox and, if authorized, Apple push notifications; delivery status and retry records are kept to operate the service. Emails and notification previews may show shift or task titles.

El permiso Siempre permite comprobaciones en segundo plano. El servicio recibe algunas coordenadas, precisión y horas vinculadas a la persona y turno para verificar llegadas y salidas. No se utilizan para publicidad. El permiso de asistencia no activa por sí solo el mapa de ubicación en vivo. El administrador puede revisar y corregir horas con un motivo, conservando las originales. Puedes desactivar la función en Time Clock o revocar el permiso en Ajustes del iPhone. La app respeta los permisos guardados; iOS puede mostrar confirmaciones o recordatorios, y Permitir una vez es temporal. Optional live team map. Live location sharing is separate from automatic attendance and is off until a team member enables it in Work Time. With the member’s permission, the app sends the latest accurate GPS coordinates only during an active shift assigned to that member. Administrators of that member’s company can see the name and latest location on the live production map. The map refreshes about every minute; a location older than two minutes is not displayed and is deleted from the service within three minutes. Turning off live sharing removes the saved location immediately when online. If the phone is offline, the last location expires automatically. Location is never shared across companies. iOS background restrictions, permission settings and network conditions can delay or prevent updates. The map is an operational aid, not proof of attendance or a complete record of movements.
