Privacy Policy
Same Day Memories is operated by MIGUEL ANGEL PRODUCCIONES, INC. It lets authorized staff publish photographs to a private gallery for a particular day. Visitors with that gallery's link and six digit PIN can view and download its photographs without creating an account.
A gallery PIN is a shared credential. Anyone who receives both the link and PIN can access every published photograph in that gallery. The PIN does not verify attendance or identity. Please share it only with the intended audience.
Information we process
- Creator Company account details, including company name, access code, owner email, contact name, phone, description and optional website, plus authentication information. Collaborators can enter a separate gallery capture PIN without an email address.
- Gallery name, date, time zone, optional event name, access PIN, photographs, file identifiers and upload status to run the service.
- Guest names, optional profile photos, photo posts, messages, comments, likes and their publication times when a visitor chooses to participate in an event conversation.
- Basic service and security information, such as access attempts and technical request data, to operate and protect the galleries. We also record limited gallery and app opens, their source and time for usage analytics. We do not store raw IP addresses in the analytics table.
The app compresses photos before upload. The server re-encodes accepted images and removes metadata, including embedded GPS location. The default upload flow does not send full-resolution originals. The app requests camera access for capture; it does not request location access.
How information is used
We use these details to authenticate staff, create and manage galleries, publish and display photographs, enable visitor downloads and event conversations, remember each visitor profile in its gallery, handle retries, and prevent unauthorized access and abuse. We do not use facial recognition to separate guests or photos by family. Authorized visitors to a day gallery can see all published photos in that gallery.
Access and sharing
Creator Company owners can manage all their galleries. Collaborators with a gallery capture PIN can add photographs to that gallery only. Visitors can access a gallery only after entering its PIN. A valid gallery session remains on the same device for up to 30 days, or until the gallery expires, the visitor signs out, or access is revoked. A guest name, profile photo, posts, comments and like counts are visible to other visitors with access to the same gallery. The platform owner account at info@miguelangelproductions.com can inspect Creator Company contact details, galleries, event conversations and aggregated usage across the service through a restricted Command Center. Event conversations stay separate between galleries. Service providers that host or maintain the platform may process data on our behalf. We do not make galleries publicly browsable or list them for search engines.
Storage and retention
Published photographs are stored in protected server storage. Pending photos are stored on the staff member's device until upload or removal. Free Galleries / Events created under the seven-day policy, including published photos, are permanently removed seven days after the event day in its selected time zone (and never earlier than seven days after creation). The MIGUEL ANGEL PRODUCTIONS master account is exempt from automatic expiration. The Creator Company can delete any of its galleries sooner. Galleries created before this policy retain their prior settings. Closing a gallery stops new publications without deleting its existing photos. Administrators can remove individual photographs. Gallery access uses a limited-duration, HTTP-only browser cookie tied to that gallery. A visitor may sign out to revoke the session. Guest profiles, likes and social content are removed with the gallery under the same retention policy. Usage records are retained for platform analytics until removed by the operator. The app stores its staff session securely on the device.
Your choices and requests
A visitor may stop using a gallery at any time. For questions about a photograph, access, or removal, contact the event organizer or booking@miguelangelproductions.com. Staff may request account assistance from their company administrator. Requests are assessed according to applicable law and the circumstances of the gallery.
Children and event photography
Event galleries may contain images of children when an organizer photographs them. The organizer is responsible for obtaining any required permissions before sharing a gallery link and PIN. Same Day Memories is a tool for authorized event staff and is not intended for children to create staff accounts.
